Our CEO/Founder: Hawa Swaray
Hawa Swaray, Keita Beauty’s founder, is a passionate advocate for self-care, holistic health, and empowerment. A proud alumna of Saint Mary’s University and HDC Hair & Esthetics – School of Cosmetology, she discovered her love for skincare during her pregnancy in 2020. Graduating with high honors in 2022 as Class Valedictorian and Dermalogica’s Student of the Year, Hawa is now a Licensed Esthetician, a Certified Lymphatic Drainage Specialist, and a Meline-certified Intimate Brightening Specialist.
As one of the first in Nova Scotia to incorporate lymphatic drainage into skincare treatments, Hawa offers innovative solutions that promote skin health and overall wellness. Beyond her work in esthetics, she is the host of All the Shades, a podcast that delves into beauty, culture, and empowerment, and has been featured on CTV Morning Live and various podcasts to share her expertise and journey.
