Appointments

We recommend booking your travel/mobile appointments 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates and times. Planning ahead ensures you get the best availability and experience tailored to your preferences. For in house esthetic services we recommend that you either call or book beforehand. We do not accept walk-ins. Thank you for your consideration and timely scheduling.

Travel/Mobile Scheduling

Our dedicated spa technicians will arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to set up, ensuring everything is prepared for your experience. Following the appointment, they will require approximately 30 minutes to dismantle the setup. Your convenience is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to create a seamless and enjoyable spa experience for you

Travel Set up

To provide you with the best service experience, we recommend conducting your session on the main floor of your residence. If you prefer a service on the second or third floor, please be aware that we can only accommodate units with a maximum of 8 stairs. For apartment residents not on the first floor, it is essential to have a functional elevator accessible to our technicians. Additionally, kindly ensure there is enough space for our massage bed or manicure table, along with our portable table for snacks, beverages, and retail products. For an optimal experience, we recommend conducting the service in a distraction-free environment. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and enjoyable session.

Cancellation Policy (Clients)

We kindly request a 24-hour advance notice if you need to cancel your individual appointment on weekdays. We kindly request a 48-hour advance notice if you need to cancel your individual appointment on weekends.

Cancellation Policy (Technicians)

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, rest assured that your deposit will be promptly refunded in full. We understand the importance of your time and will immediately provide you with alternative appointment dates to accommodate your schedule. Your satisfaction and convenience are our utmost priorities, and we appreciate your understanding in such rare circumstances.

Client In-Take Forms

It is a requirement for anyone receiving a service to fill out a client in-take form. The purpose of the form is to ensure that we are aware of any allergies and/or contraindications. Additionally client in-take forms will inform us on any preferences you may have for the specific treatment. This information is used solely for your treatment and will never be shared.

Cellphone Policy


To ensure a tranquil and stress-free atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly request that you silence your cell phones and electronic devices.

Late Arrival


Appointments are meticulously scheduled to ensure ample time for you to fully enjoy each service. Please be mindful that arriving late may impact the overall experience, limiting the extent of the services we can provide. Regrettably, late arrivals may not receive an extension, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the scheduled service. If you are over 20 minutes late then we will have to cancel your appointment. We appreciate your punctuality and cooperation in maintaining the quality of your experience.

Minor Treatment Policy

For the safety and well-being of minor teens and children, we require that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire appointment. Additionally, all necessary intake forms and consents for minors must be signed by their respective parent or guardian. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a secure and pleasant experience for everyone involved.

Payment Policy

To confirm your appointment, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of $20. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill.

Please send the deposit payment to keitabeautycare@gmail.com upon confirmation of your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the end of the service. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Retail Payments

Please note that all prices listed on our website are in Canadian currency, and you will be billed in Canadian dollars. If you reside outside Canada, your credit card issuing company will automatically convert the amount from your local currency. It's important to be aware that, unless otherwise stated on the website, transportation and delivery charges, as well as applicable sales taxes, will be added to your bill. Kindly be informed that prices on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Return Policy

Products that remain unopened and unused, with the exception of skincare and body products, can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. Upon return, a spa credit will be issued for your convenience

Gift Cards

Please be aware that our gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another gift certificate or gift card. Gift certificates or gift cards with a cash value do not expire, offering you the flexibility to use them at your convenience.

For gift certificates and gift cards covering specific treatments or packages, please note that additional charges may apply if the total price exceeds the card's value when making a reservation.
